Thanks but No Thanks Redux

Friends,

    I have a simple suggestion for Congress and the White House.

All those in Congress that voted or will vote No on the Recovery Plan (HR 1), recuse themselves from any benefit [s] thereof.

Any no vote member's state or district would not receive any "recovery" monies or "stimulus" contracts. Thus sending the clear message to their constituent's,

"Thanks but No Thanks" to the change for which you voted.
