Witness to a Crime

On Sept. 19th the Washington State Progressive Caucus and Washington State Clean Elections was proud to help sponsor a visit to Seattle by Richard Hayes Phillips, the dedicated activist who, against many obstacles, recently completed a 39-month investigation into the fraudulent 2004 presidential election in Ohio, the state that decided the election.

The results are documented in his amazing new book "Witness to a Crime: A Citizens' Audit of an American Election". This is the document of record, based upon actual forensic evidence including 126,000 ballots, 127 poll books, 141 voter signature books, and other election records, which lead to the clear conclusion that the election was rigged.

The background work has been relied upon by John Conyers in challenging the Ohio electors, by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in writing his article for Rolling Stone magazine, and by Judge Algenon Marbley in issuing his court order protecting the ballots from destruction. Robert F. Kennedy, JR. has called it “irrefutable evidence.”
