King County Sat Out T2

King county sat out the state primary?
According to the latest primary results, King county has the lowest voter percentage turnout in the state! With a 34.71% turnout and only 3000 ballots left to count as of 8/30. The next count is today,9/2.
What? Are you kidding me?
The supposed most progressive area of our state and the most populated? What happened ? Was this a revolt of the new T2 primary or did they not think the primary was important enough to participate? Whatever the reason, this really is sad.
Cudos to the 34.71% that did turnout.
